  NOMS is seeking a standardised measure of the quality of Risk of Harm work in each probation area as part of their performance measurement. For those areas that will not have had an OMI by the end of June 2008, HMI Probation, as part of its commitment to promoting good public protection work, will undertake a Risk of Harm Area Assessment (RoHAA) to provide NOMS with a Risk of Harm score.
